The borehole is located 04 km from the town of N’Gaous on the road to Gosbat.
Following the 18l / s drilling carried out in 1985 to supply the ENAJUC N’Gaous unit, the populations very quickly noticed the therapeutic effects of this hot water, hence the project to create a tourist expansion zone. (ZEST) with thermal vocation on the site of Saïda.
The geological section of the borehole carried out in 1985 shows that it is fissured marl limestone intercalations located between 900 and 1000 m deep which form the aquifer.
